Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı insan sermayesi, özümseme kapasitesi ve yenilik performansı ilişkisinin incelenmesidir. Araştırma verileri İstanbul ve Ankara illerindeki teknoloji geliştirme bölgesinde faaliyette bulunan işletmelerden toplanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre insan sermayesi ve özümseme kapasitesi, ürün ve süreç yeniliğini istatistiki açıdan anlamlı ve pozitif bir biçimde etkilemektedir. Ayrıca insan sermayesi özümseme kapasitesini de anlamlı bir şekilde etkilemektedir. Özümseme kapasitesinin insan sermayesi ile yenilik performansı arasındaki aracılık etkisine yönelik yapılan analizler sonucunda ise özümseme kapasitesinin insan sermayesi ile ürün ve süreç yeniliği arasında kısmi aracılık yaptığı belirlenmiştir.
