Abstract

Organizational culture influences all processes and procedures. Achieving job loyalties and increasing work performance is an important issue for all organizations. In the context of this research, it is suggested that organizational culture has an intermediary role in the influence of organizational culture on business performance. The survey was administered to managers and employees operating in the banking sector in Turkey in 2018. In this study, data obtained from 459 people were examined. As a result of the analysis, it has been found that organizational commitment has a partial mediator role in the effect of organizational culture on work performance.
