Öz

Sürdürülebilir insan kaynakları yönetiminin örgütsel çekicilik ve kurumsal sosyal inovasyon üzerindeki etkisini araştırmak, işletmelerin sürdürülebilir stratejiler geliştirmesi açısından kritik bir rol oynamaktadır. Sürdürülebilir insan kaynakları politikaları ile örgütsel çekicilik ve kurumsal sosyal inovasyon arasında güçlü bir bağ kurulması, işletmelerin hem içsel motivasyonu yüksek bir iş gücüne sahip olmasına hem de toplum nezdinde itibar kazanmasına katkıda bulunur. Sürdürülebilir insan kaynakları uygulamaları, işletmelerin yalnızca operasyonel ve ekonomik hedeflerini desteklemekle kalmaz aynı zamanda çevresel ve toplumsal sorumluluklarını da yerine getirmelerine katkı sağlar. Böyle bir yönetim yaklaşımı, çalışanların işletmeye bağlılığını arttırırken dışardan iş arayan yetenekli bireyler için de örgütü daha cazip hale getirir. Ayrıca, toplumsal sorunlara çözüm üreten yenilikçi projelerin ortaya çıkmasına zemin hazırlayarak kurumsal sosyal inovasyonun etkisini güçlendirir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, İstanbul’da hizmet sektöründe çalışan 730 katılımcıyı kapsayan örneklem üzerinden sürdürülebilir insan kaynakları yönetiminin örgütsel çekicilik ve kurumsal sosyal inovasyona etkisini araştırmaktır. Regresyon analizi sonuçları, sürdürülebilir insan kaynakları yönetiminin hem örgütsel çekicilik hem de sosyal inovasyonu anlamlı ve olumlu yönde etkilediğini göstermektedir.
