Abstract

Investigating the impact of sustainable human resources management (HRM) on organisational attractiveness and corporate social innovation is critical to developing sustainable business strategies. Establishing a strong link between sustainable HR policies, organisational attractiveness, and social innovation contributes to both an internally motivated workforce and increased societal reputation. Sustainable human resource management practices not only support an organisation's operational and economic objectives but also help fulfil its environmental and social responsibilities. Such a management approach enhances employee commitment to the organisation and makes it more attractive to external, talented individuals seeking employment. Additionally, it facilitates the emergence of innovative projects that address social issues, thereby strengthening the impact of corporate social innovation. This study investigates the effects of sustainable human resource management on organisational attractiveness and corporate social innovation, using a sample of 730 service-sector employees in Istanbul. The results of the regression analysis indicate that sustainable human resource management has a significant, positive effect on both organisational attractiveness and social innovation.
