Abstract

In today's business world, corporate sustainability performance has become a critical factor for achieving long-term success by ensuring balanced growth across environmental, social, and economic dimensions. In this context, sustainable leadership offers a visionary, ethical approach that guides organisations toward sustainability goals. Sustainable leaders direct their organisations in line with environmental and social responsibility principles, while ambidexterity is the ability to maintain stability and explore new opportunities simultaneously. These three concepts form an integrated structure as complementary strategic elements that enable businesses to achieve sustainable competitive advantage, create long-term value, and reach their sustainability objectives. This study aims to examine the mediating role of green ambidextrous innovation in the effect of sustainable leadership on corporate sustainability performance among international firms operating in Konya. Analyses of data collected from companies listed in the ISO 1000 ranking reveal that sustainable leadership has a positive and significant impact on corporate performance, both directly and indirectly through green ambidextrous innovation.
