Abstract

This study examines the literature on "organisational resilience" from a bibliometric perspective. The goal is to provide an overview of the concept and establish a conceptual framework for future researchers studying this topic. For this purpose, the data were extracted from the Web of Science (WoS) database and analysed using the bibliometric analysis method with R Studio/Biblioshiny and VOSviewer. A search in the WoS database using the keyword "organisational resilience" resulted in 480 studies published between 2000 and 2024. The selected studies were analysed regarding authors, citations, countries, institutions, and keywords. According to the findings, the author with the most publications was G. Prayag (8 publications), and the most cited author was also T. E. Beck (855 citations). The Journal of Business Research was the journal that published the most articles related to the research area. At the same time, the most cited country was the USA (3811 citations), and the most used keyword was 'organisational resilience' (169 times). The institution with the most citations was the University of North Carolina (882 citations). While many studies have been conducted on the concept of "organisational resilience" abroad, it has been observed that studies in this area are limited in Turkey, and it is expected that this research will guide the studies to be conducted on this topic.
