Öz

Bu çalışma, iş gücü çevikliği ile yenilikçi iş davranışı arasındaki ilişkiyi ve bu ilişkide katılımcı karar alma atmosferinin düzenleyici rolünü, teknoloji yoğun çalışma ortamlarında faaliyet gösteren yazılım geliştiriciler bağlamında incelemektedir. İş gücü çevikliği proaktiflik, uyum sağlayabilirlik ve dayanıklılık boyutlarından oluşmakta olup, hızlı değişen ve teknoloji yoğun çalışma koşullarında özellikle önem kazanmaktadır. Öz-belirleme kuramından hareketle, katılımcı karar alma atmosferi, çalışanların özerklik, yeterlik ve ilişkili olma ihtiyaçlarını daha fazla destekleyen koşullar oluşturarak işgücü çevikliği ile yenilikçi iş davranışı arasındaki pozitif ilişkiyi güçlendirebilecek bağlamsal bir faktör olarak ele alınmıştır. Veriler, Türkiye’de çalışan 349 yazılım geliştiriciden anket yoluyla toplanmış; doğrulayıcı faktör analizi için AMOS 24, betimleyici istatistikler ve korelasyon analizleri için IBM SPSS Statistics 25 ve düzenleyici etki analizi için SPSS PROCESS Makrosu kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular, işgücü çevikliğinin her bir boyutunun yenilikçi iş davranışı ile pozitif yönde ilişkili olduğunu göstermiştir. Sonuçlar ayrıca bu pozitif ilişkilerin algılanan katılımcı karar alma düzeyi yükseldikçe güçlendiğini ortaya koymuştur. Üç boyut arasında, katılımcı karar alma atmosferinin dayanıklılık ile yenilikçi iş davranışı arasındaki ilişkide en güçlü düzenleyici etkiyi gösterdiği belirlenmiştir.
