Öz

Bu çalışma, üniversite öğrencilerinin sürdürülebilir girişimcilik niyetini (SGN) Planlı Davranış Teorisi (PDT) çerçevesinde genişletilmiş bir modelle incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Araştırma modeline sürdürülebilir kalkınma hedefleri bilgisi, çevre yanlısı değerler, dayanışma değerleri ve çevresel öz-yeterlik değişkenleri dâhil edilmiştir. Yapısal eşitlik modellemesiyle yapılan analizler, modelin SGN varyansının %64,7’sini açıkladığını ve tüm hipotezlerin desteklendiğini göstermektedir. Bulgulara göre, kişisel tutum niyet üzerindeki en güçlü belirleyiciyken, onu algılanan davranışsal kontrol izlemektedir; öznel normların etkisi ise anlamlı ancak daha zayıf bulunmuştur. Dikkat çekici bir sonuç olarak, sürdürülebilir kalkınma hedefleri bilgisinin tutum üzerindeki etkisinin değer temelli değişkenlerden daha güçlü olduğu, dayanışma değerlerinin ise çevre yanlısı değerlere göre daha belirleyici olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, çevresel öz-yeterliğin algılanan davranışsal kontrol üzerindeki güçlü etkisi, bireysel yetkinlik algısının önemini ortaya koymaktadır. Çalışma, SGN'nin yalnızca psikolojik süreçlerle değil, bilgi ve değerlerin etkileşimiyle de şekillendiğini ortaya koyarak literatüre katkı sağlamakta ve eğitimciler ve politika yapıcılar için stratejik öneriler sunmaktadır.
