Öz

Bu araştırma, "örgütsel dayanıklılık" kavramı üzerine yapılan çalışmaları bibliyometrik bir açıdan incelemeyi hedeflemektedir. Araştırmanın amacı, bu kavram hakkında genel bir bakış açısı oluşturmak ve gelecekte bu kavram üzerinde çalışacak araştırmacılar için kavramsal bir altyapı oluşturmaktır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, veriler Web of Science (WoS) veri tabanından alınmış ve bibliyometrik analiz yöntemiyle analizleri yapılmak üzere R Studio/Biblioshiny ve VOSviewer programları kullanılmıştır. WoS veri tabanında “organizational resilience” anahtar kelimesiyle yapılan aramada, 2000 ile 2024 yılları arasında yayımlanan 480 çalışma tespit edilmiştir. Elde edilen çalışmalar; yazar, atıf, ülke, kurum ve anahtar kelimeler açısından incelenmiştir. Araştırma bulgularına göre, en fazla yayına sahip yazar G. Prayag, (8 yayına sahip) olup, en fazla atıf alan yazar ise T. E. Beck, (855 atıf) olmuştur. Araştırma alanıyla ile ilgili makalelerin en çok yayımlandığı dergi Journal of business research olurken, en fazla atıf alan ülke ise ABD (3811 atıf) ve en sık kullanılan anahtar kelime “organizational resilience” (169 kez) olmuştur. En fazla atıf alan kurum ise University of North Carolina (882 atıf) olarak belirlenmiştir. “Örgütsel dayanıklılık” kavramı üzerine yurtdışında çok sayıda çalışma yapılmışken, Türkiye’de bu alandaki çalışmaların sınırlı olduğu gözlemlenmiş ve bu araştırmanın, konu ile ilgili yapılacak çalışmalara kılavuzluk yapacağı beklenmektedir.
