Öz
Bu çalışma, hemşirelerde etik iklim algısı, mesleki öz-yeterlilik ve sürdürülebilirlik tutumu arasındaki ilişkileri incelemeyi ve mesleki öz-yeterliliğin aracı rolünü araştırmayı amaçlamıştır. Araştırma, bir kamu hastanesinde çalışan 257 hemşire ile yürütülen kesitsel bir çalışmadır. Veriler Etik İklim Ölçeği, Mesleki Öz-Yeterlilik Ölçeği ve Sürdürülebilirlik Tutum Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmış; analizlerde tanımlayıcı istatistikler, korelasyon, regresyon ve Hayes PROCESS Model 4 aracılığıyla aracılık analizi uygulanmıştır. Bulgular, etik iklim algısı, mesleki öz-yeterlilik ve sürdürülebilirlik tutumu arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı ilişkiler bulunduğunu göstermiştir (p < 0,01). Mesleki öz-yeterlilik sürdürülebilirlik tutumunu anlamlı düzeyde yordarken, etik iklim algısının sürdürülebilirlik tutumu üzerindeki doğrudan etkisi anlamlı bulunmamıştır. Aracılık analizi sonuçları, mesleki öz-yeterliliğin etik iklim algısı ile sürdürülebilirlik tutumu arasındaki ilişkide anlamlı bir aracı role sahip olduğunu ortaya koymuştur (%95 Bootstrap Güven Aralığı: 0,096–0,267). Sonuç olarak, etik iklimin hemşirelerin sürdürülebilirlik tutumlarını doğrudan değil, mesleki öz-yeterlilik aracılığıyla dolaylı olarak güçlendirdiği belirlenmiştir. Bu bulgu, sağlık kurumlarında etik çalışma ortamlarının desteklenmesi ve hemşirelerin mesleki öz-yeterliliklerinin artırılmasının sürdürülebilir sağlık hizmetlerinin geliştirilmesine katkı sağlayabileceğini göstermektedir.
