Öz
Çalışmanın amacı üniversitelerin işletme lisans programlarında girişimcilik derslerinin müfredattaki durumunu inceleyerek, Türkiye'de yükseköğretim düzeyinde girişimcilik eğitiminin nasıl yapılandırıldığını ortaya koymaktır. Girişimci ve Yenilikçi Üniversite Endeksi'nde (GYÜE) listelenen ve işletme programı olan 45 üniversiteye odaklanan bu çalışma, kurumsal vizyon ve misyon ifadeleri ile müfredat uygulamaları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemektedir. Nitel ve nicel yöntemler kullanılarak, girişimcilikle ilgili dersler sayı, statü (zorunlu/seçmeli) ve çeşitlilik açısından değerlendirilirken, kurumsal ifadeler içerik analizi yoluyla tematik olarak kategorize edilmiştir. Çalışmadan elde edilen bulgular girişimciliğin üniversitelerin vizyon ve misyon beyanlarında sıkça vurgulanmasına karşın, lisans programlarının müfredat uygulamalarına sınırlı biçimde yansıdığını ortaya koymaktadır. İncelenen üniversitelerde toplam 296 girişimcilik temalı ders tespit edilmiştir. Bu derslerin yalnızca %14,19’una denk gelen 42 adedi zorunlu statüde; %85,81’lik büyük çoğunluğu ise seçmeli ders olarak sunulmaktadır. Üniversite başına 0,93 zorunlu ve 5.64 seçmeli ders ortalaması düşmektedir. Üniversitelerdeki zorunlu derslerin ortalama sayısı 0,93, seçmeli derslerin ortalama sayısı ise 5,64'tür. Girişimcilik temalı dersler, toplam müfredatın yalnızca %5,27'sini oluşturmakta olup, zorunlu derslerin %2'sini ve seçmeli derslerin %7,23'ünü temsil etmektedir. Analizler, kurumlar arasında sunulan ders sayısı, çeşidi ve statüsü bakımından önemli yapısal farklılıklar olduğunu göstermektedir. Türkiye'de girişimcilik eğitimi üzerine yapılan ilk kapsamlı veriye dayalı çalışmalardan biri olan bu araştırma, stratejik söylem ile müfredat uygulamaları arasındaki tutarlılığı sorgulayarak alana özgün bir katkı sunmaktadır.
