Abstract

This study was conducted to investigate the role of job satisfaction in the effect of mindfulness on increasing structural job resources. The research was carried out by analysing the data collected from 572 caregivers working in public and private sector hospitals by survey method. The research results showed that mindfulness affects the increase of structural job resources in the same direction and that job satisfaction partially mediates this effect. In addition, the study's findings revealed that job satisfaction affects structural job resources in the same direction.
