Özet

Stratejik yönetimin gelişmesiyle birlikte ortaya çıkan girişimsel oryantasyon kavramı, işletmelerin girişimciliğe yönelimlerini ifade etmektedir. İşletmeler girişimcilik eğilimlerini geliştirebilmek için kullanıma hazır kaynaklara diğer bir ifade ile örgütsel bolluğa ihtiyaç duymaktadır. Örgütsel bolluk; mevcut bolluk, iyileştirilebilir bolluk ve potansiyel bolluk olmak üzere üç bolluk türünden oluşmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı işletmelerde örgütsel bolluğun girişimsel oryantasyon üzerinde etkili olup olmadığının incelenmesidir. Örgütsel bolluk ve girişimsel oryantasyon arasındaki ilişki, panel veri analizi yöntemi kullanılarak 2010-2014 dönemi için Borsa İstanbul Kurumsal Yönetim Endeksi’nde işlem gören 20 adet şirket üzerinden araştırılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuçları, işletmelerdeki girişimsel oryantasyon ile mevcut bolluk ve iyileştirilebilir bolluk arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişkinin varlığına işaret etmektedir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre; potansiyel bolluk ve girişimsel oryantasyon arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunamamıştır.
