Dönüşümcü liderlik teknostresin olumsuz etkilerini azaltabilir mi? Lojistik sektöründe bir araştırma

Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı, dönüşümcü liderlik ile teknostres arasındaki ilişkiyi ortaya çıkarmaktır. Araştırmada söz konusu değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amacıyla kantitatif araştırma yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. Analiz aşamasında, Malatya ilindeki lojistik şirketlerinde görev yapan 334 çalışandan elde edilen veriler Kısmi En Küçük Kareler yöntemiyle Yapısal Eşitlik Modeli kurularak test edilmiştir.  Araştırmanın bulgularına göre, dönüşümcü liderlik davranışı teknostrese negatif yönde etki etmektedir. Başka bir ifadeyle, dönüşümcü liderler tarafından yönetilen bireylerde teknostresin gözlenme oranı daha düşüktür. Bu çalışmanın, söz konusu iki değişkeni birlikte inceleyen kısıtlı sayıda araştırma olması sebebiyle özellikle lojistik sektörüne faydalı olacağı tahmin edilmektedir.
