Öz

Bu çalışma, örgütlerin başarısında etkili olduğu düşünülen kariyer tatmini, iş performansı ve işe angaje olma değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkileri incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Nicel araştırma yöntemlerinin kullanıldığı bu çalışmada, araştırma verileri anket tekniği ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin elde edilmesinde, tesadüfi olmayan örnekleme yöntemlerinden kartopu örnekleme kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verileri, Muğla ilindeki 276 gönüllü banka çalışanından çevrimiçi olarak elde edilmiştir. IBM SPSS 27 ve IBM AMOS 24 paket programları aracılığıyla verilerin analizi gerçekleştirilmiş, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ve yol analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgular, çalışanların kariyer memnuniyet düzeylerinin iş performansları ile pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki içinde olduğunu göstermektedir. Benzer şekilde, çalışanların kariyer memnuniyet düzeylerinin işe angaje olmanın tüm boyutları ile olumlu yönde ve anlamlı bir ilişki içinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Son olarak, dinçlik ve yoğunlaşma boyutlarının iş performansı ile pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki içinde olduğu bulunmuştur. İşe angaje olmanın adanmışlık boyutunun ise iş performansı ile anlamlı bir korelasyon göstermediği saptanmıştır. Bu çalışma; kariyer tatmini, iş performansı ve işe angaje olma değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkileri; kariyer inşa etme teorisi, iş talepleri-iş kaynakları modeli ve sosyal değişim teorisi bağlamında ele alması bakımından literatüre teorik yönden katkılar sunmaktadır. Banka çalışanları üzerinden gerçekleştirilen bu çalışma, bankacılık sektöründeki yöneticilere ve çalışanlara da pratik yönden katkılar sunmaktadır.
