Öz

İşletmeleri sürdürülebilir kalkınmaya teşvik eden sürdürülebilir liderlik her geçen gün daha fazla ilgi görmektedir. Sürdürülebilir liderler iş modellerini dönüştürürken sürdürülebilirliğin çevresel, ekonomik ve sosyal boyutları göz önünde bulundurarak çalışan kariyerini desteklemektedir. Bu bağlamda sürdürülebilir liderliğin çalışanların kariyer memnuniyeti üzerindeki etkisinde hangi kavramların etkilediğine yönelik bulguların sınırlı olması önemli bir araştırma problemi olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı sürdürülebilir liderliğin kariyer memnuniyeti üzerindeki etkisinde inovatif davranışın aracılık rolünü belirlemektir. Bu kapsamında kolayda örneklem yöntemi ile endüstri işletmelerinden 310 çalışandan elde edilen veriler yapısal eşitlik modellemesi yöntemi ve Smart PLS programı aracılığıyla değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırma bulguları, sürdürülebilir liderliğin çalışanların kariyer memnuniyeti üzerinde anlamlı ve pozitif bir etkisi olduğunu; bu etkide inovatif davranışın ise kısmi aracılık rolü üstlendiği ortaya koyulmuştur.  Çalışma sürdürülebilir liderlik, inovatif davranış ve kariyer memnuniyeti ilişkisini aracılık modeliyle bütüncül bir şekilde test ederek alan yazında bu yöndeki boşluğu doldurmakta ve literatüre özgün bir katkı sunmaktadır. Bu ilişki örüntüsünde çalışma “Sosyal Bilişsel Kariyer Teori” ve “Sosyal Bilişsel Teori” temelinde değerlendirilmiştir. Sosyal bilişsel teori çevresel ve özyeterlik olmak üzere iki boyut üzerinden açıklanmaktadır.
