Öz
Günümüz iş dünyasında kurumsal sürdürülebilirlik performansı, işletmelerin çevresel, sosyal ve ekonomik alanlarda dengeli büyüme sağlayarak uzun vadeli başarıya ulaşmalarında kritik bir faktör haline gelmiştir. Bu bağlamda sürdürülebilir liderlik, işletmeleri sürdürülebilirlik hedeflerine yönlendiren vizyoner ve etik bir yaklaşım sunmaktadır. Sürdürülebilir liderler, vizyoner ve etik bir yaklaşımla işletmeleri çevre ve sosyal sorumluluk ilkelerine göre yönlendirirken, çift yönlülük mevcut istikrarı koruma ve yeni fırsatları keşfetme becerisi olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Bu üç kavram, işletmelerin sürdürülebilir rekabet avantajı elde etmelerine, uzun vadeli değer yaratmalarına ve sürdürülebilirlik hedeflerine ulaşmalarında birbirini tamamlayan stratejik unsurlar olarak bütüncül bir yapı oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, Konya'daki uluslararası işletmelerde sürdürülebilir liderliğin, kurumsal sürdürülebilirlik performansı üzerindeki etkisinde yeşil çift yönlü inovasyonun aracı rolünü incelemektir. ISO 1000 listesindeki işletmelerden toplanan verilerle yapılan analizler, sürdürülebilir liderliğin kurumsal performansı hem doğrudan hem de yeşil çift yönlü inovasyon aracılığıyla pozitif ve anlamlı bir şekilde etkilediğini göstermektedir.
