Öz
Küresel çapta sürdürülebilir bir yapının oluşturulması, ekonomik göstergelerin ötesine geçmekte ve yeşil kavramının etkin bir şekilde kullanılmasını zorunlu hale getirmektedir. Bu kapsamda hem gelişmiş hem de gelişmekte olan ülkeleri bünyesinde barındıran OECD ülkelerinin yeşil dönüşüm performansları analiz edilerek, mevcut durumlarının ortaya çıkartılması kritik bir öneme sahiptir. Bu çalışmada OECD ülkelerinde yeşil büyümenin, yönetişimin ve yeşil teknoloji inovasyonunun, çevresel ve sosyal bağlamda belirlenen sürdürülebilir kalkınma hedeflerine etkisinin belirlenmesi hedeflenmiştir. CS-ARDL yönteminin kullanıldığı bu çalışmada analize ait varsayımlar dikkate alınarak; yatay kesit bağımlılığı testi sonrasında ise birim kök testleri, heterojenlik analizi ve eşbütünleşme testleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Analiz sonuçları, CS-ARDL yöntemi için gerekli koşulları sağlaması üzerine belirlenen modeller için kısa ve uzun vadeli sonuçlar elde edilmiştir. Sonuçlar incelendiğinde, sürdürülebilirliğin çevresel boyutunda, yeşil büyümenin karbon emisyonlarını kısa vadede azalttığı fakat uzun vadede anlamlı bir etkisinin olmadığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca yeşil teknolojinin kısa vadede karbon emisyonlarını arttırdığı tespit edilmiştir. Sürdürülebilirliğin sosyal boyutuna ait elde edilen bulgular incelendiğinde ise ekonomik büyümenin, kısa ve uzun dönemde belirli bir yılda istihdam edilen toplam işgücünü pozitif yönde etkilediği gözlemlenmiş diğer değişkenlerin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir etkisinin bulunmadığı gerçekleştirilen analiz sonuçlarında ortaya konulmuştur. Bu çalışmada kullanılan değişkenler ile OECD kapsamında literatürde herhangi bir çalışmaya rastlanmamıştır. Bu bağlamda CS-ARDL yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmanın literatüre önemli katkılar sunması beklenmektedir.
