Özet

Bu çalışma Birleşik Krallık'taki Etnik Girişimciler (EG) arasında alınan kamu sektörü desteğini geliştirmek için bütünleştirici bir çerçeve ve öneriler sunmaktadır. Girişimci Bilişim Teknolojileri (BT)'nin etnik köken bağlamında benimsenmesinin rolü, politika pratiğini etkileyen önemli bir faktör olarak incelenmiştir. Bu çalışma, akademik beceriler ve BT'nin benimsenme düzeyi gibi çeşitli becerilere sahip olan 20 Güney Asya EG'si ile gerçekleştirilen röportajlar kapsamında gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bulgular, ilgili politikaların varlığına rağmen, kamu sektörü desteğinin kullanılmasının ve farkındalığının, güven, bürokrasi, zaman ve iletişim ile ilgili sorunlar nedeniyle EG’ler arasında yetersiz olduğunu göstermektedir. Bu noktada, girişimci çerçevenin hedeflenen EG gruplarının doğrudan ulaşmasını kolaylaştırması tavsiye edilmektedir. Bu da, uygun seçilmiş rol modellerini kullanarak, kamu destek hizmetlerinin uygunluğuna yönelik tutumları geliştirmek için ağ dinamiklerini öne sürerek başarılabilir. Bu çalışma, etnik girişimciliğin ulusal göçmen entegrasyon gündemlerine dahil edilmesine dair ilk örneklerden birini teşkil etme bağlamında orijinallik teşkil etmektedir.
