Özet

Artan çevre bilinci, yeşil ürünlere olan talebin artması, sürdürülebilir üretim anlayışının giderek yaygın hale gelmesi gibi gelişmeler işletmeleri yeşil gelişmeleri takip etmek, verimli kaynak kullanımını önemsemek ve üretimden kaynaklanan atıkları en aza indirmek için çeşitli stratejiler geliştirmeye mecbur bırakmıştır.  Tersine lojistik uygulamaları da bu stratejilerin en önemlilerinden birisidir. Fakat, son zamanlarda artan karmaşıklıkla beraber tersine lojistiğin uygulanmasını zorlaştıran ve başarısızlığına neden olan bazı engellerin ortaya çıktığını söylemek mümkündür. Bu noktada işletmeler, tersine lojistik uygulamalarında verimliliği artırabilmek için bu engelleri ortadan kaldıracak stratejiler ve çözüm önerileri geliştirmek zorundadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye imalat endüstrisinde yer alan farklı sektörlerden işletmelerin tersine lojistik uygulamalarında karşılaştıkları engelleri önem düzeylerine göre belirlemek ve bu engelleri ortadan kaldırabilecek çözüm önerilerini değerlendirmektir. Bu maksatla geniş bir literatür araştırması sonucunda belirlenen 12 engel DEMATEL yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Daha sonra bu engelleri ortadan kaldıracak çözüm önerilerini temsil eden 9 çözüm kriteri belirlenmiş ve SWARA yöntemiyle analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular en büyük engelin “Yasal sorunlar ve destekleyici politikaların yetersizliği”, en önemli çözüm önerisinin ise “Tersine lojistik uygulamalarının organizasyon vizyon ve misyonuna entegre edilmesi” olduğunu göstermiştir. Görüldüğü üzere tersine lojistik uygulamalarının başarısı noktasında hükümetlerin yasal tedbirlerine olan ihtiyaç açıktır. Ayrıca, işletmelerin kendi içlerinde tersine lojistik uygulamalarını benimsemeleri ve gerekli adımları atmaları önem taşımaktadır.
