Özet

Bu çalışmanın amacı, çalışanların iş özerklik düzeylerinin çok yönlü kariyer tutumları üzerindeki etkisini ortaya çıkarmaktır. Öz belirleme kuramı çerçevesinde bireyin iş özerkliğine sahip olduğunda, bununla birlikte değer ve yönelimi de desteklenirse çok yönlü kariyer tutumu oluşacağı değerlendirilmektedir. Çalışma kapsamında öncelikle bağımsız ve bağımlı değişkenlere ilişkin kavramsal çerçeve ve kuramsal altyapı sunulmakta, daha sonra araştırma yöntem ve bulgular kısmına yer verilmektedir. Araştırmanın örneklemi Sinop ilindeki İl Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü kapsamında görev yapan 382 öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Araştırma model analizi için yapısal eşitlik modeli kullanılmış ve ankette ise 5’li likert tipi ölçekten yararlanılmıştır. Ocak-Haziran 2019 tarihleri arasında yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle Google forms uygulamasında online veri girişi yapılarak toplanan verilerin analizinde SPSS 22.0 ve AMOS 24.0 paket programları bir arada kullanılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgular neticesinde iş özerkliğinin çok yönlü kariyer tutumu üzerinde yüksek düzeyde anlamlı etkisinin olduğu gözlenmiştir (Standardize β=0.927, R2=0.859, p≤0.05).
