Özet

Perakendecilik Alışveriş Merkezlerinin (AVM) yaygınlaşması ile birlikte her geçen gün büyüyen bir sektör haline gelmektedir. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, perakende sektöründe kurumsal itibar ve hizmet kalitesinin müşteri memnuniyeti üzerine etkilerini ortaya koymak için bir model geliştirmek ve test etmektir. Kurumsal itibarı ölçmek için RepTrak ölçeği, perakende hizmet kalitesini ölçmek için ise perakende hizmet kalitesi ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonuçlarına göre kurumsal itibarın müşteri menuniyeti üzerine etkisinin olmadığı bulunmuştur. Perakende hizmet kalitesini temsil eden faktörlerden fiziksel görünüm ve materyaller ile iletişim ve problem çözmenin müşteri memnuniyeti üzerine etkileri olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca kurumsal itibar ile perakende hizmet kalitesi arasındaki ilişki incelendiğinde, aralarında anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu çerçevede geleceğe yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
