Özet

Bu araştırmanın amacı; işe yabancılaşma ile üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışı arasında anlamlı bir ilişki olup olmadığını incelemek, eğer anlamlı bir ilişki var ise üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışı üzerinde işe yabancılaşmanın hangi boyutunun ne düzeyde bir etkisi olduğunu tespit etmek ve bu sonuçları örgütsel açıdan yorumlamaktır. Bu amaca bağlı olarak Zonguldak ilinde özel sektörde çalışan 246 kişiden yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle veri elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen bu veriler SPSS programı ile değerlendirilmiş ve verilere yönelik olarak; Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA), güvenirlik analizi, normallik analizi, Pearson korelasyon analizi, çoklu regresyon analizi, Independent Sample T testi ve One-Way ANOVA testi uygulanmıştır. Gerçekleştirilen bu analizler sonucunda; işe yabancılaşma ile üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışı arasında orta düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki saptanmış ve işe yabancılaşmanın üç boyutunun da çalışanlarda üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışlarını önemli düzeyde arttırdığı tespit edilmiştir.
