Öz

Dijital teknolojilerin fiziksel mağaza deneyimiyle bütünleşmesiyle ortaya çıkan fijital pazarlama, tüketicilerin alışveriş deneyimlerini ve teknoloji kabul süreçlerini yeniden şekillendirmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, Y ve Z kuşaklarının fijital pazarlama deneyimlerini Teknoloji Kabul Modeli (TKM) çerçevesinde karşılaştırmalı olarak incelemektir. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemi benimsenmiş ve karşılaştırmalı vaka çalışması deseni kullanılmıştır. Çalışma grubunu, amaçlı örnekleme yöntemiyle belirlenen ve fijital pazarlama deneyimine sahip altısı Y, altısı Z kuşağından toplam 12 katılımcı oluşturmaktadır. Veriler yarı yapılandırılmış görüşmelerle toplanmış ve MAXQDA ile analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda beş tema, on dört kategori ve 264 kodlanmış bölüm belirlenmiştir. Bulgular, her iki kuşağın fijital pazarlama uygulamalarına genel olarak olumlu yaklaştığını ve algılanan fayda ile kullanım kolaylığının teknoloji kabulüyle ilişkili olduğunu göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte Y kuşağında güven, kurumsallık ve psikolojik rahatlık; Z kuşağında ise hız, kişiselleştirme, eğlence, yenilikçilik ve özerklik daha belirgin biçimde öne çıkmaktadır. Araştırma, benzer teknoloji kabul süreçlerinin kuşaklara göre farklı deneyimsel anlamlar kazanabileceğini göstermektedir.
