Öz
Bu çalışma, 1996–2023 döneminde 20 gelişmekte olan ve yükselen piyasa ekonomisinde küreselleşme, kurumsal kalite ve ekonomik büyüme arasındaki ilişkiyi panel veri yöntemleriyle incelemektedir. Ekonomik büyüme yıllık reel GSYH büyüme oranıyla, küreselleşme KOF Küreselleşme Endeksi ile, kurumsal kalite ise Hukukun Üstünlüğü, Hükümet Etkinliği ve Düzenleyici Kalite göstergelerine dayalı bileşik bir endeksle ölçülmüştür. Doğrudan yabancı yatırımlar, ticari açıklık, gayrisafi sermaye oluşumu ve enflasyon kontrol değişkenleri olarak modele dâhil edilmiştir. Ana tahminlerde ülke bazında kümelenmiş dirençli standart hatalara sahip rassal etkiler modeli kullanılmış, sağlamlık kontrolü için Driscoll–Kraay standart hatalı sabit etkiler tahminlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Kurumsal kalite iyileşmeleri ve gayrisafi sermaye oluşumu ekonomik büyümeyle pozitif, enflasyon ise negatif ilişkilidir. Küreselleşme değişimi Model 2’de kümelenmiş standart hatalar altında %10 düzeyinde zayıf anlamlılık göstermekte, ancak bu sonuç sağlamlık kontrollerinde korunmamaktadır. Küreselleşme–kurumsal kalite etkileşimi pozitif olmakla birlikte istatistiksel olarak dirençli değildir.
