Öz

Bu çalışma, dijital vizyon ve strateji (DVS) ile dijital yönetişimin (DG) örgütsel sürdürülebilirlik (OS) üzerindeki etkilerini, özellikle insan dijital yeterliliğinin (HDC) aracılık rolüne vurgu yaparak incelemektedir. Doğal kaynak temelli yaklaşım ve dinamik yetkinlikler perspektifinden yola çıkan çalışma, dijital stratejik yönelimlerin ve yönetişim mekanizmalarının, insan dijital yetkinlikleri aracılığıyla sürdürülebilirlik sonuçlarına nasıl katkıda bulunduğunu açıklayan bir çerçeve geliştirmektedir. Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren firmalardan toplanan anket verileri (N=481), PLS-SEM yöntemi kullanılarak analiz edildi. Bulgular, DG’nin OS üzerinde olumlu bir doğrudan etkiye sahip olduğunu, buna karşın DVS’nin OS’yi doğrudan anlamlı bir şekilde etkilemediğini ortaya koymaktadır. HDC ise OS’yi olumsuz etkilemekte ve hem DVS hem de DG ile örgütsel sürdürülebilirlik arasındaki ilişkilerde aracılık rolü oynamaktadır. Bu bulgular, HDC’yi dijital vizyon, strateji ve yönetişimin sürdürülebilirlik sonuçlarına dönüştürüldüğü kilit bir mekanizma olarak konumlandırmaktadır. Bu çalışma, dijital yönetişimin sürdürülebilirlik üzerindeki doğrudan ve dolaylı etkilerini ortaya koyarak ve dijital dönüşüm ile örgütsel sürdürülebilirlik arasındaki ilişkiyi açıklamak için kaynak temelli ve dinamik yetkinlik perspektiflerini genişleterek literatüre katkı sağlamaktadır.
