Öz

Bu çalışma, üretken yapay zekâ ve büyük dil modeli destekli karar verme sistemlerine ilişkin literatürü; araştırma eğilimleri, uygulama alanları, yöntemsel özellikler, riskler ve yönetişim yaklaşımları bakımından sistematik biçimde incelemektedir. Web of Science ve Scopus’ta 13 Mayıs 2026’da gerçekleştirilen, 2020–2026 dönemini kapsayan tarama PRISMA 2020’ye göre raporlanmıştır. 402 kayıttan tekrarlar çıkarıldıktan ve değerlendirmeler tamamlandıktan sonra 31 çalışma senteze alınmıştır. Çalışmalar, araştırma tasarımlarına uygun MMAT 2018 veya JBI kontrol listeleriyle değerlendirilmiş; 249 maddede 171 “Evet”, 33 “Hayır” ve 45 “Belirsiz” kararı kaydedilmiş, toplam puan veya kalite kategorisi üretilmemiştir. Tematik sentez; karar destek kapasitesi, güven ve kullanıcı kabulü, açıklanabilirlik ve belirsizlik yönetimi, insan gözetimi ve yönetişim, riskler ve sorumlu kullanım ile karar mimarisi ve çok kriterli karar verme olmak üzere altı tema ortaya koymuştur. Bulgular doğrultusunda altı bileşenli Üretken Yapay Zekâ Destekli Karar Vermeye İlişkin Bütünleştirici Kavramsal Çerçeve önerilmiştir. Sonuçlar, üretken yapay zekânın insan karar vericinin yetki ve sorumluluğunu devralan otonom bir aktör olarak konumlandırılmasından kaçınılması; açıklanabilir, denetlenebilir, insan gözetimli ve kurumsal yönetişime bağlı bir karar destek bileşeni olarak kullanılması gerektiğini göstermektedir.
