Öz
Bu çalışma, algılanan yönetici desteği (AYD) ile çalışanların girişimci davranışları (GD) arasındaki ilişkiyi ve bu ilişkinin gücünün cinsiyete göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığını incelemektedir. Kesitsel araştırmanın verileri, Türkiye’de kamu, özel ve kamu-özel ortaklığı kurumlarında çalışan 494 mavi ve beyaz yakalı çalışandan elde edilmiştir. Veriler doğrusal regresyon ve Hayes PROCESS Model 1 kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Bulgular, AYD ile girişimci davranış arasında pozitif ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunduğunu göstermiştir (β = .496, R² = .246, p < .001). AYD ile cinsiyet arasındaki etkileşim de anlamlıdır (b = −.1816, p = .004, ΔR² = .0128). Basit eğim analizi, AYD ile girişimci davranış arasındaki ilişkinin hem erkeklerde hem de kadınlarda pozitif olduğunu, ancak erkeklerde daha güçlü gerçekleştiğini göstermiştir. Tamamlayıcı analizlerde eğitim düzeyinin AYD–GD ilişkisini düzenlediği; yaş, medeni durum, çalışma deneyimi, kurum türü ve çalışma kategorisinin ise bu ilişkide anlamlı bir düzenleyici rol oynamadığı belirlenmiştir. Bulgular, yönetici desteğinin çalışanların girişimci davranışlarıyla ilişkili bir örgütsel kaynak olduğunu ve bu ilişkinin gücünün çalışan özelliklerine göre farklılaşabileceğini göstermektedir.
