Öz

Amaç: Bu araştırmanın amacı, yeşil dönüşümcü liderliğin yeşil örgüt kültürü üzerindeki etkisini incelemek ve bu etkide yeşil insan kaynakları yönetimi ile bireysel çevresel farkındalığın aracılık rolünü ortaya koymaktır. Yöntem: Araştırmanın evrenini, Ankara OSTİM Organize Sanayi Bölgesi’nde kimyasal üretim ve ilişkili sektörlerde faaliyet gösteren işletmelerde görev yapan beyaz yakalı çalışanlar oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada kolayda örnekleme metodu kullanılmıştır. Nicel araştırma yönteminin kullanıldığı araştırmada veriler, anket yöntemiyle 800 çalışandan toplanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SmartPLS aracılığıyla analiz edilmiş olup kısmi en küçük kareler yöntemi benimsenmiştir. Bulgular: Yapılan analizler sonucunda, yeşil dönüşümcü liderliğin yeşil örgüt kültürü üzerindeki etkisinde yeşil insan kaynakları yönetimi ile bireysel çevresel farkındalığın kısmi aracılık rolünün olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bununla birlikte, yeşil dönüşümcü liderliğin yeşil örgüt kültürü, yeşil insan kaynakları yönetimi ve bireysel çevresel farkındalık üzerinde pozitif etkilerinin olduğu saptanmıştır. Sonuç: Elde edilen bu sonuçların literatürdeki bilgi birikimine katkı sağlaması beklenmektedir.
