Öz
Sağlık sektörü teknoloji, mevzuata uyum sorunları, karmaşık iş yapıları vb. gibi pek çok dış faktör ve kurum içi dinamikler tarafından şekillenmektedir. Bu faktörler kurumlarda örgütsel değişim ve belirsizlikler yaratabilmektedir. Çalışanlar bu değişim ve belirsizliklere karşı sinizm davranışı geliştirebilirler. Sinik davranışlarda çalışanların örgütle uyumu ve örgütün kültürel değerleri kritik role sahiptir. Bu çalışma örgüt kültürü, kişi-örgüt uyumu ve değişim sinizmi arasındaki ilişkiye odaklanmıştır. 345 sağlık çalışanından alınan veriler korelasyon ve regresyon analizine tabi tutulmuştur. Analiz sonucunda örgüt kültürü ve değişim sinizmi arasındaki ilişkiye kişi-örgüt uyumu tarafından aracılık edildiği doğrulanmıştır. Ayrıca, örgüt kültürü ile değişim sinizmi ve örgüt kültürü ile kişi-örgüt uyumu arasında bir ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda, bulgular hem adhokrasi hem de piyasa kültürü özelliklerini taşıyan dengeli bir kültürel profil ortaya koydu. Bu sonuçlar, örgüt kültürü ile değişim sinizmi arasındaki ilişkide kişi-örgüt uyumunun kritik bir açıklayıcı mekanizma olduğunu ortaya koyarak literatüre katkı sunmaktadır.
