Öz
Bu çalışma, dijital çağda liderlik söyleminde paradigmatik bir dönüşüm yaşanıp yaşanmadığını metaforlar aracılığıyla ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Liderliğin metaforlarda nasıl temsil edildiğini ve bu temsillerin hangi normatif etkileri doğurduğunu eleştirel bir perspektifle incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu amaçla çalışmada iki aşamalı bir nitel araştırma tasarımı benimsenmiştir. İlk aşamada, PRISMA 2020 protokolüne uygun olarak yürütülen sistematik bir literatür taraması gerçekleştirilmiştir. İkinci aşamada ise Fairclough’un üç boyutlu Eleştirel Söylem Analizi (ESA) modeli kullanılmıştır. Süreçte Scopus veri tabanında 2015–2025 yılları arasında yayımlanmış 28 akademik makale, sistematik derleme yöntemiyle belirlenmiş ve Eleştirel Söylem Analizi çerçevesiyle analiz edilmiştir. İnceleme, liderlik metaforlarının temsil, meşrulaştırma, bastırma ve söylemsel açıklık olmak üzere dört temel işlevine odaklanarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda, dijital çağın etkisiyle liderlik metaforlarının biçimsel olarak çeşitlendiğini, ancak çoğunlukla geleneksel, birey merkezli ve hiyerarşik liderlik normlarını yeniden ürettiğini ortaya koymaktadır. “Bulut lider” ya da “tango partneri” gibi yeni metaforlar alternatif liderlik anlayışlarını ima etse de söylemsel düzeyde hâlâ marjinal konumda kalmaktadır. Çalışmada, bu yapıları sistematik olarak çözümlemek üzere Söylem Temelli Normatif Metafor Modeli önerilmektedir. Araştırma sonucunda, liderlikte söylemsel düzeyde bir paradigma değişiminin henüz gerçekleşmediği belirlenmiştir.
