Öz
İnovasyon ile şirketin büyümesinin psikolojik sorumluluğunu üstlenen çalışanlar arasında güçlü bir ilişki vardır; bu da onların yenilikçi davranışlarını ortaya koymaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, sağlık çalışanlarının inovatif okuryazarlık düzeylerini çeşitli değişkenlere göre analiz etmektir. Araştırma, Adana ilindeki teknokent bünyesinde faaliyet gösteren ve sağlık sektöründe çalışan 212 kişilik bir örneklemle; cinsiyet, eğitim durumu, çalışma deneyimi ve inovasyon dersi değişkenleri açısından yürütülmüştür. Veriler, Mart-Mayıs 2025 tarihleri arasında toplanmıştır. Araştırmada, Yüksel, Gök ve Günsel (2023) tarafından geliştirilen “İnovatif Okuryazarlık Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Veriler SPSS ile analiz edilmiş; grup karşılaştırmaları için varyans analizi (ANOVA) ve t-testi uygulanırken, boyutlar arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amacıyla korelasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, demografik değişkenler bağlamında inovatif okuryazarlık seviyelerinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir fark bulunmamıştır. Bulgular, sağlık çalışanlarının inovatif okuryazarlık düzeylerinin yüksek olduğunu göstermektedir. Çalışma, inovasyon eğitiminin çalışanların okuryazarlığı üzerindeki rolüne dair yeni bilgiler sunmaktadır. Bununla birlikte, sağlık çalışanlarında yenilikçi yeteneklerin kazandırılması için inovatif okuryazarlığa ihtiyaç duyulmakta olup; inovasyon eğitimleri yoluyla farkındalıkların yükseltilmesi önerilmektedir. Az çalışılmış olan inovatif okuryazarlık ölçeğinin literatüre kazandırılması açısından bu çalışma, konuyla ilgilenenlere katkı sağlayacaktır.
