Öz

Çalışma “sürdürülebilirlik” ile “dijital dönüşüm” arasındaki ilişkiyi gözlemleyebilmek adına literatürdeki eğilimleri tespit etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Çalışmanın kapsamında; sürdürülebilirlik ve dijital dönüşüm kavramlarının birbirlerine ve ilgili alana katkılarının tespitinin yapılması amaçlanmaktadır. Çalışmanın sorunsalı, sürdürülebilirlik ve dijital dönüşümün kavramlarının birbirini nasıl etkilediğinin tespit edilmesidir. Bu kavramlara ilişkin eğilimlerin tespitinde bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi tercih edilerek VOSviwer 1.16.6 ve RStudio-Biblioshyn programları kullanılmıştır. Web of Sicence veri tabanında (WOS) yönetim ve işletme kategorisindeki 233 adet makale incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre; 2010- 2024 yılları arasında sürdürülebilir kalkınma, sürdürülebilirlik performansı, dijitalleşme ve dijital dönüşüm kavramlarının; 2023 yılı ve sonrasında ekonomik sürdürülebilirlik ve sosyal sürdürülebilirlik kavramlarının ilgili alandaki öne çıkan odak noktaları olduğu dikkat çekmektedir. 2024 yılında ise söz konusu eğilimin inovasyon, çevresel sürdürülebilirlik ve dinamik yetenekler ile ilgili çalışmalara kaydığı görülmektedir. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre sürdürülebilirlik ve dijital dönüşüm ile ilgili çalışmaların özellikle 2019 yılı sonrası artış eğilimi gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Bu durumun olası nedenleri de tartışılmıştır.
